BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–The Berkeley County Sheriffâs Office has made an arrest in connection with the armed robbery of the CVS Pharmacy at 1941 N. Main St. Summerville that occurred on Thursday night January 23, 2014.
Following up on a tip and descriptive information received from witnesses, deputies took Marshall Stuart Johnson, 25, whose last known address is 1390 N. highway 52 Moncks Corner, into custody Saturday afternoon.
Witnesses said Johnson pulled up to the drive-thru window with a pistol and handed the employee a note demanding a prescription bottle of Oxycodone pills.
Johnson is being held at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center pending a bond hearing scheduled for Sunday at 7:00pm.
His charges include possession of a weapon during violent crime and armed robbery.
