MONCKS CORNER, S.C.–According to a spokesperson with the Berkeley Co. Sheriff’s Office, agents with the drug enforcement unit searched a Moncks Corner home this week where they found over 800 gross grams of marijuana.
Derrick James Holmes, 29, was arrested at the house, which is located at 622 English Oak Circle on Wednesday, and charged with possession with intent to distribute.
The street value of the confiscated marijuana was approximately $8,300.00.
Bond for Holmes was set at $20,000.
He has been released from the Hill-Finklea Detention Center.
