BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.—Let’s face it. Buying your first home can be intimidating, complicated, stressful—and downright scary.
One local organization, however, hopes to make the process less frightening for future homebuyers.
On April 26th, Family Services Inc. will host an “Intro into Homeownership.”
The two-hour workshop will take place at the Berkeley Prosperity Center located at 325 East Main Street in Moncks Corner.
The workshop will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
For additional information or to register, please contact Tammy Jones at (843) 735-7876 or e-mail her at [email protected].
During the workshop, you’ll learn a couple of things and more, including:
- Mortgage applications
- Working with a real estate agent
- Homeowners insurance
- Downpayment and closing cost assistance and more!
