Red Cross helps Hanahan man after fire damages apartment

HANAHAN– According to a spokesperson for the Red Cross, fire damaged a Hanahan man’s apartment Thursday. The apartment is located on Yeamans Hall Road.

While the Hanahan Fire Department put out the fire, the American Red Cross was on scene to help the man in the recovery effort.

Since the beginning of this year, the Palmetto SC Region of the American Red Cross has assisted more than 1,400 individuals affected by disaster.
