BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.—Both Stratford and Goose Creek High have plenty to smile about.
According to MaxPreps.com, a division of CBSSports.com, the two schools have one of the most dominant football programs in the state.
Goose Creek High came in at number nine on the list. The Gators have notched one state title and seven Top 25 finishes since 2004.
Stratford came in at number fourteen on the list. The Knights have notched two runner-up finishes and four Top 25 finishes.
A total of twenty schools made the MaxPreps.com special rankings list.
For the purpose of those rankings, each team was awarded points based on where it finished in the computer rankings after each season.
Presented by the Army National Guard, MaxPreps has put out these football computer rankings for the last ten years.
