GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–The city of Goose Creek has a new judge on the bench.
Newly appointed Judge William Daniel “Danny” Wilson, Jr. recently took the oath of office inside council chambers of the Marguerite H. Brown Municipal Center.
Mayor Michael Heitzler administered the oath.
Judge Wilson was selected by city council to fill the vacated seat of Judge Gene Janikowski.
Judge Wilson is a Goose Creek resident and is currently employed as an attorney with Wilson Law Office.
A lifelong Berkeley County resident, Nikki Gaskins Campbell is an Emmy-nominated journalist with more than 20 years of experience covering news. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in broadcast journalism.
