GOOSE CREEK–Matthew Bormann, age 28, of Goose Creek, was charged in a 1-count Indictment with Possession of Child Pornography, a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2252A.
The maximum penalty that Bormann could receive is 20 years imprisonment.
The case was investigated by agents of the Department of Homeland Security and is assigned to Assistant United States Attorney Rhett DeHart of the Charleston office for prosecution.
