Grammy award winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer John Mellencamp will be playing one show in Charleston as a part of his upcoming Plain Spoken tour.
On March 26, 2015, fans of Mellencamp can hear songs from his upcoming album as well as favorites from previous albums such as “Jack and Diane,” “Small Town,” and “Hurts So Good.”
The tour begins in South Bend, Indiana on January 21. Presale tickets for all 80 shows will be available to Citi card members on Tuesday, September 16 through Thursday, September 18. General sales will begin Friday, September 19 at 10 a.m.
The tour follows the release of Mellencamp’s album, Plain Spoken, which is his 20th album of original material and 22nd album overall. The album Plain Spoken will be released September 23rd.
