
BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.—An 18-year-old is recovering from his injuries after deputies say someone shot him early Sunday morning.
According to officers, shortly before 7 a.m. the teen called 9-1-1 to report that he’d been shot at a home located at 1435 Joyner Lane off of Clements Ferry Road near the Cainhoy area.
The teen stated that someone reportedly fired shots into his home.
When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered that the teen’s injuries were fortunately not life-threatening.
At this time, there are no suspects in custody.
