BONNEAU, S.C.–The American Red Cross assisted a Bonneau family of three adults and three children after their home on Pooshee Plantation Way was destroyed by fire on early Wednesday morning, Red Cross officials stated.
The Bonneau Fire Department responded to the residence.
Volunteers provided financial assistance for food, lodging and clothing, comfort kits containing personal hygiene items, and referrals to partner agencies to assist with the victim’s long term recovery.
Since January 1 of this year, the Palmetto SC Region of the American Red Cross has assisted more than 1700 individuals affected by disaster.
