
HANAHAN, S.C.—A Berkeley County man is behind bars after Hanahan police say they located a meth lab inside his home.
Anthony Jay Pate, 38, was booked into the Hill Finklea Dentention Center early Thursday morning. He faces numerous drug charges.
After receiving a tip, police say they got a warrant to search Pate’s home which is located on Murray Drive.
Officers reportedly found items typically used to make meth along with a powdery white substance that tested positive for the drug.
