On Sunday, deputies with the Berkeley Co. Sheriff’s Office say they responded to a home on Courtney Round in the Sangaree area in response to stolen property.
According to the incident report, the officers met with a man who said his 2008 Freedom Trailer that was parked in his front yard was missing.
He says the trailer was used to transport Boy Scout camping equipment.
The alleged victim estimated the value of the trailer to be around $2,500.
The homeowner went on to reportedly tell deputies that at the time that the trailer was stolen it was filled with Boy Scout camping equipment valued at approximately $2,000.
The trailer is described as white in color with the Boy Scout 776 Summerville logo on the sides.
The stolen items were entered into NCIC.
