BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.—Ghouls, goblins, and creatures that go bump in the night will take over Cypress Gardens during its ‘Halloween in the Swamp’ event. Last year, the Headless Horseman even made a grand appearance.
The fun takes place on October 24th and October 25th from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
General admission includes a lighted pumpkin trail, jump castles, storytelling, and a campfire and marshmallow roast.
The Haunted Swamp Experience is a separate event not recommended for young children.
There you can embark on a haunted boat adventure as a guide rows you through the swamp.
Then, disembark from the boat and walk a dark, haunted trail, complete with scary sights and eerie sounds.
If you survive the swamp ride and haunted trail, and IF you still have the courage, enjoy the marshmallow roast & campfire with ghost stories, food, fun & more!
General admission tickets (this does not include the Haunted Swamp Experience) tickets will be sold at the gate. Haunted Swamp Experience tickets (General Admission is included in these tickets) must be purchased in advance.
They will be sold ON-LINE (click here) and at Cypress Gardens starting October 1st. Limited tickets available. No coupons, season passes or special passes accepted.
