  1. Golden Corral

On November 17th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Golden Corral will honor all veterans and active duty military with a free dinner buffet and beverage. For additional information, click here.

  1. Great Clips

This year, Great Clips is holding a “Thank a Veteran Free Haircut Card” promotion. On November 11th, military members who visit Great Clips can receive either a free haircut that day or a free haircut card to redeem by Dec. 31, 2014. For additional information, click here.

Shoney’s will offer its signature All-American Burger free to vets or active duty military all day on Veterans Day. For additional information, click here.

  1. Applebee’s

Every Veterans Day, Applebee’s invites vets and active duty military to come have a meal on them. It’s their way of saying ‘thanks’ for their service. Military members can choose a free meal off of their Veterans Day Menu. For additional information, click here.

  1. Hooters

On Monday, Nov. 11, Hooters invites all veterans and current servicemen and women to enjoy a free meal, up to $10.99 in value with any drink purchase, by presenting a military ID or proof of service at any Hooters location across the country. For additional information, click here.

  1. Denny’s

From 5 a.m. to noon, active, inactive and retired military personnel are encouraged to stop by participating Denny’s for a Free Build Your Own Grand Slam which includes four of the restaurants beloved breakfast items such as pancakes, bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast, etc. For additional information, click here.

  1. Krispy Kreme

This year, Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is honoring America’s service men and women on Veterans Day by giving away free doughnuts to all veterans and active military personnel. Veterans and active military personnel are invited to visit any participating U.S. Krispy Kreme store on Veterans Day, November 11, and enjoy one free doughnut of any variety.   1. Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

On November 11th, veterans get a free Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake dessert, or if you’re not a vet, if you buy the dessert or other retail items, 10 percent of all proceeds will be donated to the USO. For additional information, click here.

  1. Outback Steakhouse

The restaurant is honoring the nation’s heroes with a FREE Bloomin’ Onion and beverage on Veterans Day. Plus, military personnel receive 15% off from November 12-December 30, 2014. For additional information, click here.

      10. Big Lots

To say ‘thanks,’ military personnel can receive 10% off their entire purchase. Offer available to active duty, Guard/Reserve, Veterans, retirees and their immediate family members, with valid ID. Offer valid at participating locations.
