MONCKS CORNER, S.C.–The Moncks Corner Police Department responded to a daytime burglary on Maple Leaf Drive at approximately 8:45 Thursday morning, authorities said.
The resident woke up to find a young black male rummaging through an adjacent bedroom.
“When the teen noticed him, he ran out of the residence,” stated Steve Meadows with the Moncks Corner Police Department. “Thankfully no one was injured. Nothing was reported taken.”
The suspect is said to be a black male in his late teens, about 5’7”, medium build and wearing a dark jacket, jeans, black gloves and work-style boots.
