BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–Chief Deputy Rick Ollic has announced the arrest of two men in connection with the March 10th home invasion and shooting on Estate Road in Moncks Corner.
Chief Ollic stated that the shooting victim, who is still hospitalized, positively identified 44-year-old Dwayne Elias Bryan of Harbour Lake Drive in Goose Creek and 36-year-old Andrew Clay Fraiser of Old Highway 52 in Moncks Corner as the two individuals who forced their way into his residence and shot him in the face.
Bryan and Frasier have both been charged with one count of Attempted Murder, three counts of Kidnapping, one count of Burglary First Degree and one count of Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime, all three of which are felonies.
In addition, Bryan is being charged with Identity Fraud after identifying himself as another individual when he was arrested and booked into the Hill-Finklea Detention Center during the early morning hours of March 11th.
