Pedestrian Killed While Crossing Saint James Avenue In Goose Creek

GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–On April 18, 2015, at 10:33 p.m. 26-year-old Anthony Robert Missouri of Goose Creek, was crossing St. James Avenue when he was struck by a hit and run driver, according to Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury.

He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at 11:02 p.m.

The accident is being investigated by the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office and the Goose Creek Police Department.

At this time, it’s not clear if anyone has been arrested in this case.
