GOOSE CREEK, S.C.—According to Goose Creek Police, officers are looking for a burgundy Chrysler they say struck and killed 26-year-old Anthony Missouri as he crossed Saint James Avenue around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday.
The accident occurred near the St. James Place Restaurant.
Missouri was rushed to the ER at Trident Hospital where he was pronounced dead approximately 30 minutes later.
Captain John Grainger with Goose Creek Police has stated that surrounding agencies have been notified to be on the lookout for the “suspect vehicle.”
“There is no further information to provide at this time,” he added.
The type of vehicle involved in the crash remains unknown at this time.
