BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–The Berkeley County School District will host two informal community drop-ins for parents and community members in the Cainhoy and Daniel Island areas.
District officials say the purpose of the drop-ins is to give parents and community members an opportunity to view the proposed attendance lines for Philip Simmons Elementary and Middle Schools, ask any questions they may have, and provide feedback to district officials.
The first drop-in will be on Thursday, September 10, 2015, at Cainhoy Elementary/Middle School (2434 Cainhoy Road, Huger) from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
The other drop-in will be on Monday, September 14, 2015, at Daniel Island School (2365 Daniel Island Drive, Charleston) from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
