MONCKS CORNER, S.C. — Santee Cooper will be celebrating both American Public Power Week and Customer Service Week from Oct. 4 to 10, by showcasing employees and customer service commitments on social media and in its retail offices.
Also, as a thank you to customers, the utility will be offering free snacks in its retail offices on Thursday, Oct. 8.
“Santee Cooper is proud to be a public power utility. We strive to give our customers, many of whom are also our neighbors and friends, excellent customer service while providing them with low-cost, reliable and environmentally friendly power,” said Vice President of Retail Operations Mike Poston. “As a way of showing our appreciation, we’d like to invite customers to visit us at our retail offices on Oct. 8, for free snacks and to meet our customer service representatives.”
