BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–According to Berkeley County Sheriff’s authorities, Bryant Daniel John was arrested Wednesday following a recent burglary at College Park Elementary School.
After investigating the initial case, deputies stated that it was determined that there had actually been at least two burglaries and several iPads stolen.
Detectives were able to recover 4 of the stolen iPads from area pawn shops as well as apprehend Bryant Daniel John. The iPads were returned to the school administration once they the documentation was completed.
Sheriff Lewis stated, “The community assistance with this case was significant and appreciated. Without the overwhelming support and feedback, it would not have been as easy to solve this case. Working together, we can continue to make a difference in Berkeley County.”
John was charged with two counts of Burglary 3rd Degree, first offense and was given a $25,000 surety bond on each count.
A hold is currently placed on him pending additional charges for crimes related to this and other cases.
