GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–The Goose Creek Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Charles Lowry, who was reported missing from his apartment complex as of 07-12-2016.
Lowry’s vehicles, a red Chevy Silverado #HV8287 and a white Honda CRV #HV12890 are not at his residence.
