BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, Best Companies Group, and SC Biz unveiled the rankings of the 60 winning companies representing the 2016 Best Places to Work in South Carolina.

Total Quality Logistics on Daniel Island made the list. TQL is a multi-billion dollar company and leader in arranging truckload logistics for B2B customers throughout North America.

Now in its 11th year, Best Places to Work is dedicated to identifying and recognizing the state’s most innovative and top-notch employers.

“Congratulations to the winning companies and organizations. Every year this is one of the most coveted recognitions for South Carolina’s businesses.  A company and organization’s success is dependent on its employees and these employers get it.  These companies are truly the best of the best here in South Carolina.” said SC Chamber President and CEO Ted Pitts.

This year’s winners were recognized and the rankings revealed during an awards dinner, presented by Colonial Life, August 4 at the Columbia Marriott. Of the 60 companies named, 37 are State Chamber Members.
