BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–According to Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury, on Friday 9:15 p.m. 67 year old Paul Joseph Escritt, of Moncks Corner, was struck by a vehicle on South Live Oak Dr.
He was pronounced dead on the scene by Coroner Bill Salisbury.
“Mr. Escritt was crossing the roadway when he was struck,” stated Salisbury.
His death was ruled accidental and was investigated by the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
