GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–On August 21, 2016 at 12:55 a.m., Kyle David Shirlin, 19, was attending a party in a Goose Creek neighborhood when he was shot, according to Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury.
Shirlin was pronounced dead on the scene.
An autopsy will be conducted Monday and more information will follow, Salisbury stated.
The death is being investigated by the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office and the Goose Creek Police Department.
