BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–If you’re looking for a job, you just might be in luck.
Dozens of new jobs were recently added to the Berkeley County job resource website.
The county launched the job site after 300 workers were let go from Century Aluminum in Goose Creek in December 2015.
Many of the new postings include Volvo jobs.
In May 2015, Volvo Car Corporation announced that it had selected Berkeley County for its first manufacturing facility in the Western hemisphere.
The plant is expected to create 2,000 new jobs over the next decade and up to 4,000 jobs by 2030.
How fitting that the new Volvo jobs posted on #BerkeleyCounty Jobs Resource page just #broketheinternet on 25th anniv. of internet #chsnews
