GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–If you were heading to work or school Tuesday morning, you probably experienced major traffic delays along Redbank Road in Goose Creek.
According to the Goose Creek Police Department, the delays were a result of a cargo box-truck striking traffic control devices at the intersection of Redbank Rd. and US Highway 52.
Just after midnight, officers say they arrested the driver of the cargo box-truck for DUI.
Police say CSX officials will have to flag the intersection for all passing trains until the control devices are repaired.
You should expect unusual traffic delays until the repairs are made, police warned.
