GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–GCPD investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man seen in the above photo.
Authorities say he is a person of interest in a home invasion that occurred in the Cadbury subdivision in Goose Creek on Thursday afternon. During the home invasion, police say an 81-year-old female was forced at knife-point to perform a sexual act on a black male suspect then was robbed of cash and financial cards.
Police say the female escaped the residence as the suspect was attempting to force her into her automobile in the garage of the residence.
She fled to a neighbor’s home where GCPD was contacted.
After the incident in Cadbury, police say the subject pictured was traveling in a vehicle from which an occupant used the victim’s financial card at the Speedway convenience store on Dorchester Rd.
The subject was seen arriving and leaving the convenience store in a white late model Ford Focus.
