BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–Not everyone is fortunate enough to stay home from the snow and wait until the roads are safe to navigate.
This is certainly true for the dedicated men and women who work for the United States Postal Service.
While delivering mail on Sunday, a USPS delivery truck flipped over on Whitesville Road.
The driver of the truck appears to be doing okay, according to a witness.
“He seemed to be fine standing there near truck,” stated Amanda Gaskins, who snapped the photo above.
Authorities are urging residents to avoid driving while many roads remain covered in ice.
