HANAHAN, S.C. – If you or a loved one is immobile with special medical needs and desire to evacuate but are unable to do so, the Hanahan Fire Department is offering to provide assistance with transportation to an emergency shelter.
If you are a citizen of Hanahan with a special medical need who would like to evacuate to a Berkeley County Emergency Shelter, you are encouraged to call 843-885-8093 and personnel will assist with making arrangements.
Transportation will be offered as long it is safe to do so.
