GOOSE CREEK, S.C. – State Representative JA Moore will host an upcoming town hall meeting to discuss the challenges facing Berkeley County due to significant growth in the past decade.

The town hall meeting will take place on Thursday, November 21st from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. at Goose Creek High School (1137 Red Bank Road).

This is an opportunity for constituents and concerned citizens to come together to discuss problems and solutions and provide feedback ahead of the 2020 legislative session.

“Berkeley County has grown significantly over the past decade,” Rep. Moore said. “With that growth we have seen tremendous economic opportunities for our communities but also a number of challenges as it relates to heavier traffic, poor road conditions, and a lack of sidewalks and traffic controls. I believe it is critically important that we as a community discuss these issues and come up with solutions.”

Constituents are invited to attend this event where they will be able to give feedback and ask questions to Rep. Moore and an official from SCDOT.

Moore represents portions of North Charleston, Goose Creek, Moncks Corner and Hanahan in the South Carolina House of Representatives.
