BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – Investigators with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office are asking the public for help in solving a four-year-old murder that occurred near the Ladson Flea Market.
On July 21, 2015, deputies said they responded to the area of 121 Frank Jones Road for a reported shooting.
After arriving on the scene, a black man, identified as Donald Lloyd Jr., was found lying in the roadway mortally wounded by gunfire.
