BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – Berkeley County deputies are asking the public for help in locating a man missing for more than three months. Arthur Capers has not been seen since Thanksgiving 2019.
According to Capers’ family, it’s very unusual for him to disappear without telling anyone. His family tells deputies he has no history of medical, mental or physical disabilities.
Deputies say Capers is known to frequent the Moncks Corner, Summerville, and North Charleston areas. If you know where Capers might be or what has happened to him, you’re asked to please call the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office at (843) 719-4412.
