HANAHAN, S.C. – Three people are in jail following a six-month drug investigation in the Hanahan area, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office.
Jason B. Hall, 41, Bronwyn Hilbourn, 32, and Stephanie Fults, 33 are facing drug charges.
Deputies said in May, Narcotics task force agents began an investigation into Hall after receiving reports he was distributing methamphetamine in Hanahan.
During the multi-month investigation, agents purchased methamphetamine from Hall on several occasions. They were able to purchase over 250 grams of methamphetamine from Hall, the sheriff’s office reported.
On Nov. 23, drug agents along with Berkeley County K-9, Berkeley County detectives and Hanahan Police Department conducted a search warrant at Hall’s home, authorities said.
Hall was taken into custody along with Hilbourn and Fults.
Hilbourn was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a stolen firearm.
Fults was arrested for possession of Methamphetamine. Hall was arrested on his warrants that stemmed from the investigation. Those charges included distributing meth, trafficking meth (five counts), distribution of methamphetamine within a half mile proximity of a school zone (five counts). Hall will also be facing an additional charge of possession of a stolen motorcycle.
At the time of his arrest, Hall was out on bond for trafficking meth in Charleston, distribution of methamphetamine in Berkeley County and distribution of methamphetamine in Dorchester County.
The Berkeley County Narcotics Task Force is comprised of detectives of the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, Goose Creek Police Department, Hanahan Police Department and the Moncks Corner Police Department.
