BONNEAU, S.C. – A pedestrian died after being struck by several vehicles Monday night, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
According to Master Trooper Brian Lee, the collision happened just before 11 p.m. on U.S. Highway 52 near Lexi Lane in Bonneau.
Lee said a 2008 Crown Victoria, a 2018 Hyundai Elantra and a 2020 Kia Rio were traveling along the highway when they struck the pedestrian, who was ultimately pronounced deceased.
No other details were provided; however, the case remains under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
