ST. STEPHEN, S.C. – Police are trying to find the person responsible for vandalizing multiple buildings in the heart of St. Stephen over the weekend.
According to town officials, windows of multiple businesses and storefronts on South Main Street were broken with rocks Sunday night.
“If you see someone in and around St. Stephen actively vandalizing property, please call dispatch or 911,” the town posted to its official Facebook page.
St. Stephen Police Department is asking for anyone with knowledge of the perpetrator(s) to contact dispatch at (843) 719-4169 or (843) 719-4505. Anonymous tips can also be made via the St. Stephen Police Department’s website at this link.
