BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – Sharbell Nexton, LLC announced Wednesday two new tenants coming to the ground-floor retail space in downtown Nexton. 1933 Wine and Spirits, a wine and liquor store featuring on-site consumption including charcuterie and small bites, and The Groomsmith, an upscale men’s barbershop and grooming salon, are the latest to join the community’s growing tenant list.
“We are excited to welcome these two new tenants and further the leasing process in Downtown Nexton,” said Sharbell President Thomas Troy. “With the addition of a high-end spirits store and a service-oriented barbershop, the retail space is becoming even more diverse, offering residents convenient access to a range of retailers that cater to their needs and preferences.”
Joining iNails and Revive Health Spa on the ground floor of the Lofts Downtown Nexton, 1933 Wine and Spirits will occupy nearly 3,500 square feet, while the barbershop will occupy approximately 1,850 square feet. Upon completion of future phases in late 2024, the Lofts Downtown Nexton will include residential amenities such as a clubhouse, resort-style pool with tanning shelves, firepit with seating areas, private cabanas, outdoor café tables and bar area and a dog park.
Situated on nearly 100 acres between Sigma Drive and Brighton Park Boulevard, Downtown Nexton will provide retail, dining, hospitality, residential, service, office and commercial options within walking distance of many of Nexton’s neighborhoods. In addition to the Lofts, previously announced plans include The Ames multifamily community, AC Hotel by Marriott, Atelier office campus and Daybreak Market and Fuel.
