BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in identifying two persons of interest wanted in connection with a homicide of a Berkeley County man.
Sheriff Leroy Ravenell said that just before 7 a.m. Thursday, Orangeburg County Sheriff’s investigators were called to a location off Walker Drive outside of Eutawville where the 22-year-old Goose Creek man was located.
“We’ve been working this case non-stop since we got the call early this morning,” the sheriff said. “If anyone knows anything about either of these two, please call us,” Ravenell said.
Ravenell’s office released a photo of the two persons of interest, which shows a man and woman smiling and dressed in blue. Their connection to the victim is unknown at this time.
The sheriff said the investigation is still ongoing and additional details will be released as they become available.
If anyone has any information on the two individuals depicted, they are urged to contact the OCSO at 803-534-3550.
The identity of the victim has not been released by the Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office.
