Berkeley County Deputies, Marshals Arrest Man Wanted For Over A Decade

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–On Wednesday, Berkeley County deputies along with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task force arrested Eric James Jobe of Summerville.

Authorities say Jobe has been wanted for over a decade.

He is accused of assaulting and threatening to shoot another subject in the head during an altercation which took place in July of 2004, deputies stated.

Officials say that Jobe left South Carolina and was found to recently have returned.

Once apprehended, Jobe was transported and booked on the charge of Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature.

He is scheduled to appear in bond court Thursday morning at 9 a.m.
