GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–Goose Creek police have arrested a woman accused of fraudulently using Lowe’s accounts.
Angelica Marie Williams, 29, has been charged with financial identity fraud. During a recent bond court hearing, the judge granted her a $15,000 surety bond.
According to the arrest warrant, a review of one of Williams’ social media accounts showed her attempting a sell a Dewalt tool set coiciding with a fraudulently obtained Dewalt tool set from the Goose Creek store location.
In total, police say she fraudently obtained goods in excess of $4,482.00.
Police are still looking for a second person, a man.
Police say that between 09-11-2018 and 09-16-2018, Williams and the unidentified man utilized account information to fraudulently purchase items from the James Island and Goose Creek Lowe’s.
Williams was observed arriving and leaving in a white Toyota Tundra with a sunroof, police said.
A black male arrived in a white vehicle resembling a Ford Expedition.
