Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office Looking to Identify Man in Question

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office would like to speak to an individual that can be seen in the surveillance video posted below.

On the morning of June 6, Berkeley County Deputies responded to the 1800 block of North Main street, located in Summerville, in reference to multiple businesses that had been broken into and items were reported stolen at each location.

A person of interest has been identified and the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from anyone in the community who can identify this person. The video clip attached is unrelated to any of the incidents, however, the investigating Detectives would like to speak with this individual.

We understand that the video quality is not the best, but someone who knows this person will be able to identify their clothing and personality demeanor.

If you have any information about the person in question, please contact Det. Melendez at (843) 719-5042 or Berkeley County Dispatch at (843) 719-4505. You can remain anonymous.
