GOOSE CREEK, S.C. – The City of Goose Creek is excited to announce its 2020 police department job fair.
The job fair is planned for Saturday, June 27 at the Goose Creek Police Department from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Come begin your exciting career as a police officer or communications specialist.
To streamline the process, much of the pre-employment requirements will be conducted at this fair. To include pre-employment exam, notary public for all verified paperwork, and applicant interviews.
Human Resources will be available to answer all questions about the benefits package all employees receive.
To be considered all applicants: Must be a U.S. Citizen, 21 years of age for Police Officer, 18 years of age for Communications Specialist, high school graduate (diploma or GED), have a valid United States driver license and be able to obtain a South Carolina driver license if hired.
Required paperwork to bring with you to the job fair: Your driver’s license and social security card, original or certified copy of your birth certificate, a copy of your final DD214 if applicable, original or certified copy of your High School Diploma or State GED Certificate, and a copy of your college transcript(s) if applicable.
