5/24/2022 UPDATE: The Goose Creek Police Department would like to thank our media partners and the public for their assistance in locating 16-year-old Sofia Kalista MacFarlane, who ran away from home on 05/17/2022. She was located in the Summerville area and was in good health upon her return.
GOOSE CREEK, S.C. – Goose Creek police hope the public can help them locate a runaway teen who’s been missing for approximately a week.
Police said Sofia Kalista MacFarlane, 16, failed to return home after school was let out at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said MacFarlane has run away several times in the past and on previous occasions has been located at friends’ houses nearby.
MacFarlane is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. She weighs about 110 pounds.
