BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–A Berkeley County man is facing multiple charges relating to the sexual assault of a child.
David Earl Wesly Rabon, 30, is charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the second degree, one count of criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the third degree and one count of committing a lewd act upon a child.
Berkeley County Sheriff Spokesperson Dan Moon says deputies eceived a complaint in reference to the sexual assault of a minor by Rabon.
Shortly after, investigators interviewed Rabon and determined that probable cause existed to make an arrest.
David Rabon is currently being held at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center in Moncks Corner.
