The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office is preparing for ‘historic flooding’ ahead of Tropical Storm Debby’s arrival to South Carolina.

As Debby approaches South Carolina, Berkeley County Emergency Management officials continue to monitor the storm and prepare for potential impacts.
