Nearly 95,000 Pounds Of Trash Collected By Berkeley County Inmates In 2023

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – Inmates at the Hill-Finklea Detention collected a record-breaking amount of trash in 2023, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office.
