70-year-old man killed after minivan collides with a logging truck

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–On Monday around 11:15 a.m. Lawrence Phillips, 70, of Eutawville was the back seat passenger in a minivan when it ran head-on with a logging truck, according to Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury.
