BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office has released the identity of Sunday’s drowning victim on the Cooper River near Pimlico. According to Coroner Bill Salisbury, the victim has been identified as 21-year-old Hunter Morris of Goose Creek.
