The new location expands Kairos’ footprint in the Lowcountry, becoming the company’s fourth restaurant in the region and seventh statewide.

Known for its fast-casual approach to Mediterranean cuisine, Kairos allows customers to customize meals by building their own bowls, pitas or platters using a variety of fresh ingredients, proteins, vegetables and sauces.

According to the company, the concept was created around the idea that healthy eating should be simple and accessible. Kairos emphasizes freshly prepared ingredients and Mediterranean-inspired recipes rather than heavily processed foods.
