MONCKS CORNER, S.C. — Community members, local leaders and supporters gathered in downtown Moncks Corner this week to celebrate the grand opening of Modern + Main Realty, a new real estate brokerage that aims to bring a community-first approach to the Lowcountry housing market.

The June 9 ribbon-cutting and grand opening marked the official launch of the business at 110 E. Railroad Ave., where owner and broker-in-charge Kameron Wray welcomed guests to the company’s new headquarters.

Founded by Wray, a Berkeley County native, Modern + Main Realty was founded with the goal of creating a locally focused brokerage that emphasizes client relationships, personalized service and community involvement.

The brokerage will assist clients throughout Berkeley County and the surrounding Lowcountry with buying, selling and investing in real estate.

Joining Wray as a founding agent is Jennifer Lusk, a Lowcountry native with more than 20 years of real estate experience.

Lusk, who is Military Relocation Professional-certified, has built a reputation for helping families navigate the home-buying and selling process while emphasizing honesty and personal service. The brokerage describes her as a dedicated professional known for putting clients’ needs first.

Modern + Main Realty is located at 110 E. Railroad Ave. in downtown Moncks Corner. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with appointments available Friday through Sunday.

For Wray and her team, the grand opening represented more than the launch of a new business—it marked the beginning of what they hope will be a long-term investment in the people and communities they call home.
